The symptoms are unfortunately usually difficult to detect, which makes hypertension very dangerous. Many patients learn, for example only from their high blood pressure after being diagnosed with a kidney disease.

Turmeric for Blood Pressure

1 in every 3 Americans (75 million in total) are reported to have high blood pressure and only just over half of these people (54%) have their condition under control. Fortunately, high blood pressure can often be corrected naturally without resorting to medication, with changes in lifestyle and the use of natural remedies.

Two of the first areas to look to correct high blood pressure are diet and physical activity (exercise). Trans fats (which clog the arteries), processed meats and junk food among others. These foods are found in the standard diet of most people, which often leads to all kinds of health problems including hypertension and other cardiovascular problems.
